Data subject rights

Access, rectification, erasure

You may request access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), its rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). For register data, an overriding interest in commercial transparency may conflict with an erasure request; in that case the balancing of interests is communicated with reasons.

What is not corrected

Verbatim register data

Where a statement is taken verbatim from an official register and still recorded there in that form, it is not altered. In that case rectification must be sought from the register itself; on request a corresponding note with date is added.

Submit a challenge

Use the report form and select 'Named person or company' as your role. Challenges from named persons are handled with priority.

Note: Naming a person or company is not a finding of unlawful conduct. Register-backed corporate roles are facts; assessments, anomalies and tip-offs are marked as such and remain working data until verified.
